		<description>Dear Larry,
I just happened to catch this as I checked out some information on your site today.
What a beautiful description of a sacred event. I wanted to be there as I read your account.
When we keep our hearts open our eyes will see what is there for us...
&quot; My troubadour and spiritual brother, Mitch Walking Elk, says, “Fill your life with ceremony.”
The Dalai Lama says, “Practice. Practice. Practice.”
I&#039;m tired today and considered skipping my spiritual practice group tonight.
We will be doing a fire ceremony. And as I read The Dalai Llama and Mitch Walking Elks words, I smile and know where I must be tonight after all.
thank you dear,
