		<description>Dear Larry,
I just happened to catch this as I checked out some information on your site today.
What a beautiful description of a sacred event. I wanted to be there as I read your account.
When we keep our hearts open our eyes will see what is there for us...
"My troubadour and spiritual brother, Mitch Walking Elk, says, “Fill your life with ceremony.”
The Dalai Lama says, “Practice. Practice. Practice.”
I'm tired today and considered skipping my spiritual practice group tonight.
We will be doing a fire ceremony. And as I read The Dalai Llama and Mitch Walking Elks words, I smile and know where I must be tonight after all.
thank you dear,
deb</description>
